Question:

I've been given a letter from my bank making a "formal demand for immediate of my indebtedness" What does indebetdness mean? The amount that is owed is quite large and not manageable. Will bankruptcy cover this debt or do I have to pay the bank?

Indebtedness means the debt or amount you owe. Unsecured debt is covered under bankruptcy.
