Question:

My husband and I have been married for 5 years. We have a joint checking and I have credit cards that he is an authorized user on. If I file bankrupcty will it hurt his credit? Will he still be able to apply for a mortage loan? Currently I am unemployed and owe about 10,000. of credit card debt that we have used to pay house payments and pay utilities bills. Will we lose any personal possessions that we have?
