My Girlfriend and I are getting married this March and is in the process of claiming bankruptcy. One of her creditors is with the bank (unsecured loan) that we currently hold a joint account? I am not listed on the loan as a borrower or guarenteer. Will any any of my banking ie, deposits, be taken by the bank to repay the loan?

Up to and including the date of bankruptcy, the bank can seize all funds out of any account with your girlfriend's name on it. Once the bankruptcy has commenced they are not allowed to seize funds but they may no longer want her as a customer.
