Question:

I have one more question, the house that I am in belongs to myself and my mother. Part of my bankruptcy was the legal fees but with my mother's name on title she was responsible for it too. She has paid this bill. Should I be telling the trustee even after I received my absolute. Thanks again.

Answer:

Yes. Then the Trustee will not be double paying them.
