Question:  

The company I worked for filed for bankruptcy in April 99, and what I want to know is , how do I get my T-4 slip for Jan. through April of 99?

Answer:   One way to get the T4 is to contact the Trustee who handled the bankruptcy. They may have the T4's done and not have an address for you. If they can't help you, contact Revenue Canada and explain your concern and they may be able to help you as the T4's may already be filed with them or they may go out to do an audit of the books to obtain the T4 information for employees.
