I am considering bankruptcy, and have approximately $80,000 owning to outstanding bills and credit cards and one vehicle I gave back but they want more money. I own land, but the amount owing on it is still 80% of the market value. Will I be able to keep it as my home is located on it?

The rules regarding farms is very complicated and varies depending on the province you live in. We suggest you contact a Trustee for a free consultation in order to determine all of your options.
