Question:

My situation is my wife and I filed Ch.13 back in 10/2002 and have made every payment on time since. We have two cars, but they are both older model cars (Over 10yrs Old). Neither one can be considered as being reliable. We have two kids and I am scared that the car my be a hazard for them getting around. I have to travel out of town sometimes for my job and have to rent a car when going. My question is can you buy or lease a car while I am still in bankruptcy? Within the past three years, my wife has a new job making more money and I have gotten raises. PLEASE HELP!!!
