Question:

I have noticed on your forms that it asks for your Calgary Co-op membership number, why is this? If you also work for the Co-op and do not want them to know you are filing can you offer to pay out the equity of your membership with out actually having anyone contact them?

Answer:

Your accumulated Co-op equity is an asset in a bankruptcy. If you are able, you can make arrangements to prove the amount of the equity and pay that amount into the estate without the Trustee collapsing the account.
