Opened book store not as corporation. Things have
turned bad. Considering filing bankruptcy. But very concerned about
personal credit being damaged. In business about 2 1/2 years. About
30,000.00 in debt. What options do I have?

The options available could include filing a proposal to your creditors
or looking at some sort of settlement to them. A lot will depend on
whether the business is viable or if you wish to shut it down. In order
for us to assess your total financial position, I would suggest that you
make an appointment with us for a free consultation so that we could
better advise you on your options.
