Question:

My current monthly expenses equal approximately $2500. This include a non secure loan to Trans Canada $5000, a secured loan of $9000, Visa of $5600, and two other unsecured loans totaling $8000. Among these I also have personal obligations to family and friends of about $25000.

Added to the $2500 every month is child support of $800, alimony of $300, and rent of $750. Food and clothing are not included.

I am now receiving just $2600 net every month. I am behind in every payment for the last four months. I cannot cope and always stressed. I have had a mental breakdown and don't know what to do. I am thinking of claiming bankruptcy. Might this help me?

Please respond as soon as possible. I am very mentally distressed.

Thank You.
