Question:

I'm in bankruptcy right now and due to be discharged in two months. I still owe the trustee over $1000.00 which I'm having difficulty paying. I understand I will get a conditional discharge until they are paid. While under a conditional discharge, I would like to sell my house and pay the trustee. Do I then still have to turn all the proceeds of the sale to the trustee while in a conditional discharge?

As we do not know your individual circumstances, it is best you talk to your Trustee regarding this matter.
