Question:

I filed for bankruptcy over three years ago and I never followed through with it. I have had no contact since signing the papers. I never went to a counselling session, I never submited any budgets. I was wondering if I have been released or if the bankruptcy has likely been nullified.

Answer:   If you didn't complete your duties then you are likely still bankrupt. To confirm this you should contact your Trustee.
