Question:

I have been dealing with creditors in a collection setting. I am dealing with a collection agency that seems to have policies that are not quite right to me. I have room mates whom live with me and they answer the phone obviously when I am not in. Well this said collection agency gave all my pertinate information from the last five years to someone whom I would rather not have know about my financial history. I never gave verbal nor written permission for my information to be discussed with anyone other than myself. I was wondering how I can proceed with this as I feel it is a violation of my rights. Please get back to me as soon as possible as I need to know how to deal with this company.
