Question:

Looking for a similiar forum for Ontario. Do you know of a site? My question is about filing bankruptcy before enrolling into university full-time, and possibility of applying for a student loan. My contracting business failed and I'm 40 years old.

Answer:

I can recommend the government website www.canlearn.ca for current information on Student Loans. In the section Other Help on this site there is a link to an Ontario Trustee who should be able to answer questions specific to an Ontario bankruptcy.
