I am a Canadian living in the UK, I am disabled and have been advised
that it is probably time I filed for bankrupcy in Canada. I am a permanent UK

To file a Canadian bankruptcy, one of the requirements is to meet with a
Trustee face-to-face. If you are a permanent resident of the U.K. and don't
plan to return to Canada, you may want to consider filing bankruptcy in the
U.K. to stop creditors from collecting there.
