I am in a dispute with a collection agency. They are telling me that we are proceeding to court and they have a list of my assets and that they will be getting a judgement. What happens?

Answer:

When a creditor sues you they will obtain a Judgement, which can be used to seize your wages and your bank account as well as any non-exempt assets you have.
