Question:

I know on the forms they ask what you have and the price that it might get if you were to sell. What happens, does someone come down and check to see exactly what you have for property?

Answer:   Not usually, unless there is something of value that needs to be appraised. When signing the bankruptcy documents, however, you must swear that what you have disclosed to the Trustee is the truth, including the value of your goods.
