I need a credit card for travel (i.e. hotels)...Do banks offer secured credit in Canada? Which banks are
they? I cannot find any information regarding these cards and who
offers them.

Yes, you can obtain secured credit cards in Canada. Most of the major
banks offer them, but I do know that the CIBC and the Royal Bank do for
sure.
