My boyfriend whom I lived with for over 1 year is going to be claiming
bankrupcy. All of his debt occured before we moved in together. I fear that I
will get tied into his financial problem as I own the house and most of the
property inside. Can you give me any insight? Thank you

If you are not on any of your boyfriend's debts and he is not an owner of the
house then you should not be affected by his bankruptcy. Please refer to the
