Question:   I own no properties, no valuables of any kind. I need to declare bankruptcy, but I don't know how much it will cost. My standard of living is just a hair above the poverty line. How much will it cost me?

Answer:   The bankruptcy fee is a tariff set by the Federal Government. The fee plus counseling court and OR fees plus GST is $1435. You have to contact a local trustee's office to determine whether they require a deposit or will allow monthly payments.

Collins Barrow Limited does not require a deposit and will allow payments over the term of the 9 month bankruptcy.
