My student loan is said to be written off on my credit report in 1999, does that mean that this loan will not be pursued? Will it survive the bankruptcy?

If your student loan is more than 10 years old it will not survive a bankruptcy. If it is less than 10 year old it may survive even if your credit record says written off. You may want to contact Student Loans to find out.
