Question:

Could you please tell me what the fees would be for filing a proposal? Is it a percentage of the amount owing? What kind of payment arrangements do you accept for these fees? Thanks.

Answer:

Fees in a proposal depend on the type of proposal filed, amount paid for creditors, length of proposal and work involved. Typically the fees are built into the payments so you only pay one amount covering both the creditors and the cost.
