Question:   I have applied for bankruptcy for two credit cards, a Sony card and bank overdraft. I have to pay a monthly fee of $150.00. Now I have the Financial Recovery Systems Default and Investigation Division after me because when I was down and out with no job I did a stupid thing and deposited a blank cheque into my account for eight hundred dollars so I could pay my rent. I realise that I can't add this situation to my bankruptcy claim and I am afraid that they will garnishee my wages. They sent me a notice stating that they know I'm employed and that I need to pay within 48 hours. I'm barely making ends meet now as it is. I'm afraid to call them. I really don't know what to do. Can you please help?
