Question:   If I would bankrupt a corporation in Florida, would it effect my personal credit?

Answer:  

In Canada, a corporation and an individual are two separate entities. If a corporation files bankruptcy and there are no personal guarantees or director liabilities, it does not effect the individual. I would imagine the same would be the same in the US but cannot guarantee this.
