I filed bankruptcy before I met my husband. Now
my husband is applying for a personal loan, and it requires his
spousal information to be filled in on his Personal Financial Information
sheet. Will my bankruptcy record affect his application for loans?
I know they will do a credit check on him, but will they do a credit
check for the spouse as well?

It will be up to the lending institution as to whether your previous
bankruptcy will affect your husband's application. Most financial
institutions will request info on the spouse if the applicant is married.
They may just grant the loan on the merit of your husband's application.
