Question:   Can you tell me, please, when I declare bankruptcy, do I stop trying to make the payments to a credit card the day I enter bankruptcy?

Answer:  

At the date of bankruptcy a "Stay of Proceedings" goes into effect, which means you no longer pay your unsecured creditors.
