Question:  

(1) What if I file in Canada, does US creditors have the right to collect.

(2) How much is it to file for bankruptcy

(3) Can I file for Bankruptcy in Calgary or Alberta if I reside in the USA. (Canadian Citizen).

Answer:   If you are able to file a bankruptcy in Canada and live in the U.S., your U.S. creditors still have the right to collect.
