Does a third bankruptcy stay forever on your credit report or does it fall off at some time in the future? If I file bankruptcy in the US does that include all debts in Canada too. e.g. Revenue Canada?

A second or third bankruptcy stays on your credit record for 14 years
after you have been 'Absolutely' discharged. If you file in the U.S.,
Canadian creditors are stayed and can't collect from you while you are
in the U.S. but the debt is not discharged in Canada. If you ever return
to Canada the debt will still be collectable.
