Question:   I am up to my ears in debt and am hopefully going to school in May. I was wondering if I can declare bankruptcy and still be able to receive a student loan for school.

From what we have been told, if you do not include a student loan debt in a bankruptcy you are eligible for future financing. There may be a concern if you are still in bankruptcy when trying to obtain a loan.
