Could you tell me what happens if a person files
a claim on someone who is a discharged bankrupt after the
discharge? The reason this person was not included was because he
didn't want to be and was forgiving the debt verbally. What is that
person entitled to?

If there was a distribution during the bankruptcy, then the discharged
bankrupt remains liable for the amount that the creditor would have
received as a dividend.
