Question:

I am owed a significant amout of money from a person who I believe is considering bankruptcy. Am I able to access a list of people who are claiming bankruptcy? How? Where?

Answer:

You can contact the local office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. Also, if they owe you money, you should be listed by the debtor on their statement of affairs and then contacted with a notice by the trustee.
