What happens if you have to file bankruptcy again after 14 years?

Answer:

There is a provision in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act which requires anyone who files bankruptcy a second time to make a court application to get out of bankruptcy whereas a first time bankrupt is eligible to be automatically discharged. Because of the long time between your bankruptcies, the Court is most likely to be relatively lenient. Of course, as with any bankruptcy the actual facts of your situation will have the largest impact on exactly what happens. You should therefore talk to a trustee.
