Question:

 

If a peson filed bakrupcy, and then they incure more debt, what can a company do to collect. do we give it to the credit angency collecting on the outstanding account or do we take him to small claims court. If He is living on the land and not paying his lease anymore could we get actess to his trailor through the collection agency or small claims. Are we allowed to evict after he filed bankrupcy.
