Question:

Can a person come out of bankruptcy if they paid all their debts in full? Also if a person skipped on their apartment rent does bankruptcy take care of that or would one still have to pay before they could move?

Answer:

The answer to your first question is yes. Also, rent is a claim provable in bankruptcy and therefore will be released.
