Question:

My mother and I had applied for two credit cards. They put here as the primary and me secondary. They sent me a card and herself as well. She has never used her card or activated it. I have only used my card and continued to make payments from my account. She has never made any payments or used her cards. I am now filing bankruptcy. Can they still pursue her for the debt.

Answer:

In all likelyhood, yes. To be sure you could request a copy of the cardholder agreement which she signed.
