Question:		If you owe student loans money and sre presently in bankruptcy I will be discharged on january 1, 2006 what are the chances of getting the $400 check from Ralph Klein? Or will it go to student loans?

Answer:		My understanding is that the Klein government wants these cheques to go to the citizens of the province without setoff or deduction. However, I don't believe details have been finalized. Don't be surprised if you don't get your cheque. Bruce Alger phone: (403) 296-2970 balger@alger.ca
