Question:

Hello, I hope you are able to answer my question or perhaps tell to whom I may direct my query. I have received a judgement through the courts as a creditor to an individual who soon after receiving this judgement filed for bankruptcy. How then do we receive our full judgement?

Answer:

You are a creditor in this debtor's bankruptcy. You should file a claim in the bankruptcy and attach your judgement. You will be paid you proportionate share of the assets of this debtor. If you have questions, you should contact his/her trustee as part of their job is to realize what they can on behalf of unsecured creditors, you being one of those creditors.
