Question:

 

I claimed B/R in '02 and was sine die in 03 and still can not get discharged because of the trustee. I will soon be released from the trustee back to creditors. What must I do to get this ended if the trustee won't work with me do to calling super of B/R?

Answer:

 

You can talk to the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Office at Industry Canada for information about your file. You may need to hire a lawyer to make the necessary Court application for discharge once you have completed your duties.
