Question:

My husband and I are trying to buy a house and are having trouble getting a morgage. We have been out of bankruptcy for 4 years and are finding out that we need 25% for a down payment. This we don't have. Is there anything we can do to get the downpayment lower? Or any way we can assume with little money down?

Please talk to a mortgage broker and your realtor for this information.
