Question:		My husband and I are currently separated and the joint debts are large. I'm trying to keep up with payments on my own but am afraid my husband will declare bankruptcy without letting me know and leaving me on the hook for everything. Is he obligated to "serve" me with some kind of notification that he has filed for bankruptcy?
