Question:

My grandfather financed our car, my boyfriend is the cosigner, at the first of the year my grandfather plans to file for bankruptcy, can the bank take my car? because it is in his name and he owes so much money?

Answer:

It is almost certain that the bank will not take the car as long as you keep making the payments and they are current.
