Question:

I went bankrupt 6 yrs ago and 3 yrs ago had an Ordely payment of debt issued. Now I have just finished school and want to open my own book keeping company. Can I only go sole proprietor or can i be corporated? I am still paying my ordely payment of debt.

I am not aware of any reason that would impead you from opening a bookkeeping business while under OPD. However, you should call your OPD counsellor to discuss.
