Question:

 

My wife and I were just discharged, when we entered into bankruptcy, we had a neon it was used a security on a loan. The bank never came to get this car. And the loan was part of the filing. There is a lein on the car, is the car ours now? If so what do we do to get the lein removed?

The lien and security on the car will remain in place until you pay off the loan or give the vehicle back.
