this question is about privacy of information. my wife, we are separated but still legally married, does not want her info to appear on my application for bankruptcy. can i respect that, does the trustee have the powers to get that information?

Answer:

 

If your wife is not involved in the debt (ie. not co-signed or issued supplementary cards) then her privacy can be protected during the process.
