we are married. 8 months ago due to civil suits i transferred title of our home for no real value to my wife. 3 months ago we moved homes, i was never on title for the new home. if i declare bankruptcy is my wife's home in risk of seizure?

Answer:

 

Yes, it is an issue if the equity from home #1 was used to purchase the current home. It would certainly be subject to a review and likely a court decision.
