Alger & Associates Inc. | Date: |   | Dec 17, 2007 | Answer: | | Is there any equity in the mobile home? If so, it would be considered as a non-exempt asset in your bankruptcy, in which case, your ex-husband may be able to make arrangements with the Trustee to repurchase your interest from the estate.
If there is no equity in the mobile home, this would be a non-issue.
Also, is the mobile home part of any formal separation agreement?
