Andrew is a Partner and Vice President at Alger. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Insolvency Restructuring Professional with extensive experience dealing with debtor companies, secured creditors and other stakeholders in the context of formal and informal insolvency proceedings. He has been actively involved in numerous restructuring proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Before joining Alger, Andrew spent several years as Vice President in the Transactions and Restructuring group of a big four accounting firm where he practiced corporate restructuring for both public and private companies across a range of industries.
