Agrivet Inc.
On October 31, 2008, AgriVet Inc. made and Assignment in bankruptcy and Alger & Associates Inc. was appointed Trustee of the Estate. On November 21, 2008, Alger & Associates Inc. consented to act as Agent for the secured creditor - Royal Bank of Canada. We are in the process of selling the assets.
