Alger & Associates Inc. was appointed Interim Receiver and Receiver and Manager of 578098 Alberta Ltd., 681406 Alberta Ltd., 601635 Alberta ltd., 593087 Alberta ltd., 984781 Alberta ltd., and Minute Muffler Installation Ltd. pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta on March 14, 2008. On June 5, 2008 the Trustee was authorized to combine these companies as one administration known as 578098 Alberta Ltd. pursuant to an order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta. The sale of the assets of 578098 Alberta Ltd. was approved by order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta on April 11, 2008.
